Power-ups
Cards you choose to hold and play yourself.
- Double or Nothing
- Pick a fixture involving one of your teams. Win it and double your points from it; draw or lose and you get nothing from it.
- 0-0
- Predict that an upcoming fixture finishes goalless.
- Punch Up
- Pick one of your teams to beat a side currently above them in the table.
- Jinx
- Curse a mate's team - if they lose their next fixture, they take the hit.
- Wildcard Curse
- Stack an extra penalty onto a mate's team if they lose to an undrafted side.
- Goal Drought
- Bet that a mate's team fails to score in their next fixture.
- Hot Streak
- Bet on one of your teams winning its next two fixtures in a row.
- Comeback
- Bet on one of your teams beating a side above them in the table.
- Rivalry
- A head-to-head bet against a mate's team - whoever gets the better result wins the points.
- Block
- Cancel an attack aimed at you. The attacker loses their power-up use; the football result itself is unaffected.
- Steal
- Take points directly from whoever's currently top of the table.
- Taxman
- Same mechanic as Jinx, unlocked in the second half of the season.
- 5+ Goals
- Predict that an upcoming fixture has five or more goals in total.
- Both Teams to Score
- Predict that both sides score in an upcoming fixture.
- Haymaker
- Like Punch Up, but for a much bigger table gap - a harder bet, for a bigger reward.
- Target
- Challenge the player directly above you on the leaderboard, team versus team.
- Revenge
- Beat a team back in the return fixture, after they beat one of your teams earlier in the season.
- All In
- The single biggest win-or-nothing bet in the game, on one fixture.
- Comeback Kid
- Bottom three only: beat a team owned by someone currently in the top three.
- Last Chance
- Bottom three only: the highest-risk, highest-reward power-up available.
- Last Stand
- Champions League only: multiplies a knockout tie's Progression Bonus if your team completes a comeback from behind on aggregate.
